Is Your Instagram Bio Helping or Harming Your Food Biz?


It’s foolish to not take social media seriously when running a business and building your food brand.

Some people think its frivolous or don’t like it, but if you’re trying to build up your brand, you need to make sure that your IG bio is working FOR you, not against you.


  • You want to amass followers in the form of your ideal client

  • You want to turn your followers into fans of your food brand

  • Yo quiero, yo quiero dinero!

How? Communicate your relevancy to your ideal client!

  • Value: Who are you and what do you do that can help your client solve their problem? Are they looking for an all-organic, gluten-free, vegan smoothie place that delivers and that’s exactly what you do? STATE THAT.

  • Facts: What is one amazing thing you do for your ideal client? STATE THAT.

  • Call to action: Your client isn’t gonna know to click on the link in your bio or sign up for your email list. STATE THAT.

You can format it any way you choose, as long as you state who you are, what you do, and a fact about why your ideal client should engage with you within the 150 character limit. It’s possible, trust!
